Italian Football Federation commissioner Luca Pancalli met UEFA's executive committee on Friday to discuss the implications of the country's crackdown on crowd violence. Only six Serie A stadia meet the government's new security criteria following last weekend's rioting in Catania which led to the death of a police officer. This means that several grounds including the San Siro will not be allowed to admit spectators, a ruling which has major implications for AC Milan and Internazionale's Champions League last 16 ties.
