Port of Spain:

Trinidad and Tobago's friendly with Wales in March has been cancelled, but the Trinidad Soccer Federation said it expects to schedule another opponent shortly. CONCACAF president Jack Warner, also a special advisor to the Trinidad Federation, said Wales withdrew from the March 1 match in London to face Paraguay at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium. Paraguay is among of Trinidad and Tobago's Group B opponents in the first round of the World Cup in Germany in June. Warner said he expected Trinidad to schedule another opponent within two days, possibly Scotland, Norway or Northern Ireland. (AP)
