It makes you rethink a lot of things,'' Uruguayan defender Lugano told Pele's web site. "This is the happiest day of my life.'' Sao Paulo beat Liverpool 1-0 on Sunday in Yokohama, Japan, to win the title of world's best club team for a third time. Sao Paulo also won in 1992 and 1993. Triumphant parade An estimated 5,000 people turned out at dawn to greet the team at Cumbica airport on its arrival from Japan. The team climbed aboard a Carnival sound truck and paraded triumphantly through city streets to Morumbi. Sao Paulo Mayor Jose Serra - a self-declared fan of crosstown rival Palmeiras - gave an honorary city award to Sao Paulo captain Rogerio Ceni, voted the outstanding player of the tournament.
