Salgaocar capitalised on a defensive lapse to pip JCT by a solitary goal and score their first win in the seventh edition of National Football League at Nehru Stadium here today. The all-important goal was scored in the 7th minute. JCT keeper Arvind Kumar failed to respond to a back pass from defender Daljit Singh, which was pounced upon by Tomba Singh to send it to the far post. (PTI)
