Madrid, Spain:

Real Madrid suffered their third loss in six matches as Albert Luque netted the lone goal in Deportivo La Coruna's 1-0 win at the Santiago Bernabeu on Sunday. The 'Galacticos' had their fair share of chances, but it was Deportivo who converted from the one break in the game. The win moves Deportivo up to eleventh in La Liga, while the misery mounts for Madrid, who slipped to tenth on nine points. This was Real Madrid's second successive league setback, and their first of the season at home, left them seven points behind Barcelona. (AP)
