London: Real Madrid are the first team to qualify for the knockout stage of the UEFA Champions League, which saw two of England's challengers further underline their strength. Real moved to 10 points in Group F after a 0-0 draw against Partizan. Manchester United also completed successive victories against Rangers with a 3-0 stroll. United have nine points along with Stuttgart after the Bundesliga leaders fought back to beat Panathinaikos 3-1. Chelsea also had a comfortable 4-0 win away at Lazio to go top of their group. Besiktas defeated Sparta Praha 1-0 in the same group to go second behind Chelsea. A C Milan top their group after a 1-0 defeat of Brugge. Ajax are still second despite a 3-2 loss to Celta de Vigo.
