New Delhi: The fortunes of the east European nation of Poland in the 2006 World Cup depend on experienced striker Maceij Zurawski. The Polish forward may have made a slow start to his international career but is now in full flight and as ready as he'll ever be to perform his best at the World Cup finals. Helping his home club to three successive Polish titles, Poland's penalty taker then transferred to Celtic. However when on National duties Zurawski is the voice of experience. A starter in all of Poland's three games in Japan and Korea, he knows too well the challenge that faces him in Germany and if Poland are to be at all successful, Zurowski will have to take his game to an even higher level. With a lethal shot, Zurowski is a key to Poland's attack with the potential to soar at Germany 2006.
