Paris:

Sonny Anderson's goal helped Lyon beat Paris Saint-Germain 1-0 on Sunday and reclaim top spot in the French first division with just two rounds of matches left. The win gives Lyon 67 points, three more than second-placed Monaco, which beat Montpellier 3-1 on Saturday. Marseille lost 3-0 away to Sochaux and stays in third spot with 62 points. Lyon's win also guarantees it a place in next season's UEFA Champions League. Anderson struck midway through the first half. It was the prolific Brazilian's 12th goal of the season and his 138th altogether in French league football. The defeat leaves Paris SG in ninth place. (AP)
