French league leaders Lyon took a comfortable 3-1 win over local rivals St. Etienne at the Stade Geoffrey-Guichard on Saturday, and moved six points clear at the top of the table. Lyon, who haven't lost at Etienne since 1995, effectively had the game wrapped up by half-time. However, the game was marred by crowd trouble that saw a 20 minute delay to proceedings, due to a tear gas cannister being discharged by fans.
