Paris:

England fly-half Jonny Wilkinson has said that he is about to return to full training and hopes to be playing for his club Newcastle later this month. Wilkinson is likely to build up his match fitness in Newcastle's home Premiership match against Bath on 27 March before taking part in the Heineken Cup quarter-final where Newcastle play Stade Francais on April 2. Wilkinson has not played for the world champions since kicking his team to victory in the 2003 World Cup final because of a series of neck, arm and knee injuries. He is unlikely to feature in England's remaining two Six Nations fixtures against Italy at Twickenham on March 12 and the final match of the campaign against Scotland on March 19.
