Italy consolidated its place as the world's top-ranked soccer team in the latest rankings on Wednesday from FIFA.

Italy consolidated its place as the world's top-ranked soccer team in the latest rankings on Wednesday from FIFA.

The world champions have 1,606 points, while Brazil moves up a place to second, relegating Argentina to third. Brazil has 1,539 points and Argentina 1,520.
