Bolton:

Mexico striker Jared Borgetti is moving from Bolton of the English Premier League to Saudi Arabian club al-Ittihad. Borgetti was the first Mexican to play in the Premier League. The all-time leading scorer for Mexico, Borgetti joined Bolton last year and scored seven goals in 32 appearances. The 32-year-old forward is expected to travel to the Middle East to complete the deal. "It hasn't worked out for Jared at Bolton," Bolton manager Sam Allardyce said in a statement on the team's web site on Monday. "He needs to find regular football to enhance his career prospects". Al Ittihad is the two-time reigning holder of the Asian Champions League title. (AP)
