Argentina and Holland qualified for the second round of the world cup on Friday sparking off huge celebrations in both countries.

Argentina and Holland qualified for the second round of the world cup on Friday sparking off huge celebrations in both countries. Argentina in particular came to a standstill as fans watched their side demolish Serbia and Montenegro 6-0. School children were also allowed to watch TV in school, a controversial move that's also been hugely criticised in Argentina. However, schools felt that there would be mass absenteeism unless they installed TVs. Argentina is celebrating their return to top form. But in 2002, they had failed to get past the first round of the world cup in South Korea and Japan.
