Zaheer's heel troubles again

Kolkata:

India's pacer Zaheer Khan would take medical advice in Bangalore today on his troubled heel which forced him out of the ground in the final session on the final day of the Indo-Pak Test on Tuesday.

Zaheer felt discomfort after sending down eight overs at the Eden Gardens and returned to the dressing room.

The sources said team physio John Gloster was now looking at Zaheer's problem. "The physio feels he will be ok in two days."

Zaheer's heel has been causing him trouble ever since the team's November 28 practice session, when he could not bowl.

Later, Zaheer was taken to a local hospital for check-up, but the MRI did not reveal anything.
