Our national pride is not just Sachin but also the entire team that represents our country in the most popular sport of the nation.

New Delhi:

The uncertainty over India's impending tour of Pakistan has further increased with government sources saying that a security team will make an assessment in the next two weeks before reaching any final decision. "We can't afford a scratch on Sachin Tendulkar," says an official. Certainly, we can't. Sachin is iconic... he is priceless... he is an ispiration to the entire nation, and we all are proud of him. Yet our national pride is not just Sachin but also the entire team that represents our country in the most popular sport of the nation.

And, the question is - can our government officials afford to make such biased statements - biased towards one person? What about others? Does this mean we don't care for the other members of the squad? We would like to hear the views of our surfers. What's your take?
