Bangalore:
Colonel finally relented on Tuesday evening after speaking to BCCI President Sharad Pawar, who assured him that all his grievances would be looked at.
Sharad Pawar will meet Vengsarkar in either Mumbai or Pune on the 7th or 8th of December.
The national selectors are meeting to name the side for the third and final Test match against Pakistan and to pick the squad for the upcoming tour of Australia.
The selectors will also announce the captain for the series, but that job will almost certainly go to Anil Kumble.
