Leeds: England captain Michael Vaughan has said he would play in the second Test against New Zealand at Headingley. He missed the first Test at Lord's last week after suffering a knee injury. Vaughan played for club side Yorkshire yesterday. "It's fine," Vaughan said of his right knee. "I trained pretty hard last week and the rehab went pretty well. Plus I have come through a good game of cricket which was a good test." Vaughan, who has had success as an opener, added he would probably take up no. 4 position. Marcus Trescothick and Andrew Strauss excelled at Lord's. "It will be announced (on Tuesday), but there is a good chance I will go down to no. 4," Vaughan said. (AP)
