New Delhi:

The second Test between India and England has been shifted from terror-hit Mumbai to Chennai, the Indian cricket board said on Friday.

India's Test series against England will be played as per schedule. Chennai will host the second Test from 19th December 2008 to 23rd December 2008, instead of Mumbai. The first Test will be played at Ahmedabad from 11th December 2008 to 15th December 2008, as originally scheduled.

Baroda will host the three-day game between the visitors and the Board President's XI from 5th December 2008 to 7th December 2008 as scheduled.

England opted to fly home after coordinated militant attacks in Mumbai from Wednesday night left at least 130 dead.
