Chennai: The Indian team returned to Chennai after conceding the Indian Oil Asia Cup final to hosts Sri Lanka by 25 runs. A big crowd didn't turn up to welcome them back at the Chennai airport, but fans did turn up to greet the Men in Blue. Captain Sourav Ganguly was almost mobbed by still photographers and camerapersons who jostled for space to get his pictures. Positive thinking And Ganguly wanted to think about more positive things than about how India failed to chase 229. "The only positive thing is that we qualified for the final. Harbhajan and Irfan bowled well. Sachin and I batted well and so did Rahul in patches. We need to perform better collectively," said Ganguly. The 25 run defeat margin was less than the extras conceded by India in the final at Colombo on Sunday. The second top scorer in the Indian innings was a tail ender Zaheer Khan a€" pointers to Team India clearly not having performed to its potential in the final. But the best thing about the Men in Blue is that they are willing to put the past behind and look ahead to the rest of the season with optimism.
