Chennai:

Sachin Tendulkar, Ajit Agarkar and Yuvraj Singh reached Chennai on Wednesday morning to complete the arrival of the 15-member Indian team ahead of the first Test against Sri Lanka commencing on December 2. Harbhajan Singh and former captain Sourav Ganguly were among the first to arrive in the city on Tuesday evening. Skipper Rahul Dravid declined to talk to the waiting media on his arrival in Chennai. "I will talk at the ground," he said. With the cyclonic storm likely to cross between Chennai and Machalipattnam in Andhra Pradesh either on Wednesday night or Thursday morning, the teams are hoping that the weather will let up to ensure a five-day match. Coach Greg Chappell, VVS Laxman and Murali Kartik were accompanied by their wives. (PTI)
