Indian and Pakistani teams have arrived in Multan for the first Test match on Sunday.

Multan: After a nail-biting finish to the ODI series, Indian and Pakistani teams have arrived in Multan to play the first of the three-Test series beginning on Sunday. Captain Sourav Ganguly arrived in Multan after having stayed back an extra day in Lahore for a medical check-up. Ganguly had strained his back muscle during Wednesday's match. While his MRI scans are in the clear, doctors have advised him to continue with physiotherapy. Meanwhile, opener Aakash Chopra, leg-spinner Anil Kumble and medium-pacer Ajit Agarkar have also joined the squad. Kumble and Agarkar had missed the one-dayers due to injury. The second Test will be played in Lahore from April 5, and the third match will be played in Rawalpindi from April 13.
