Following are the statistical highlights of the day one of fifth and final Test match between England and West Indies at Queen's Park Oval.

  • Paul Collingwood (55 not out) posted his second fifty against West Indies - his 13th overall in Tests. Against West Indies, he is averaging 60 - 673 in nine Tests, including three hundreds.

  • In the present series, Andrew Strauss has amassed 524 at an average of 87.33. Only Ramnaresh Sarwan has made more runs than Strauss - 598 (ave.149.50).

  • Strauss, as captain, has aggregated 1,000 runs in only ten Tests - 1025 (ave.68.33), including five hundreds.

  • Strauss has registered hundreds in three consecutive games for the first time in his Test career - 169 at St.John's, 142 at Bridgetown and an unbeaten 139 at Port of Spain.

  • Strauss' 17th hundred in Tests is his fourth against West Indies. He has also completed 1,000 runs against West Indies - 1009 (ave.50.45) in 13 Tests.
