Security concerns lie with hosts: Lee

The Australia pacer said that he had left the security issue with India. Lee is due to tour India in October for a Test and ODI series.

Australian speedster Brett Lee here on Tuesday said that the security concerns regarding the forthcoming test and one-day series in India depends on the organisers and the security officials.

Responding to a query on apprehensions in the wake of terror attacks across Indian cities, Lee said he leaves the matter to security officials.

Reacting to a query on the performance of Indian batsmen down under in Australia earlier this year and in the present on going series in Sri Lanka, he said the Sri Lankan bowlers had bowled well in the first test match enabling them to win the match comfortably.

Lee was in Hyderabad to launch and promote the new Timex Conversation Starters campaign.
