Sachin may not play Champions Trophy

Indian captain Sourav Ganguly today said batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar might not be fit in time for the ICC Champions Trophy starting September 10.

Indian captain Sourav Ganguly said batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar might not be fit in time for the ICC Champions Trophy starting September 10. "There are serious doubts (about Tendulkar being available)," said Ganguly in response to a question on the little master's recovery from an elbow injury. Tendulkar has been laid low by a tennis elbow in the left hand and did not play in the Holland tri-series as well as the NatWest Challenge. (PTI)
