SA team for India tour to be named

The South African team for the two Test series in India next month will be named on Wednesday.

Durban: The South African team for the two Test series in India next month will be named on Wednesday. Hashim Amla is all set to become the first player of Indian origin to play for the national team while Herschelle Gibbs and Nicky Boje implicated in the match-fixing scandal could be left out. Other players expected to make it to the squad besides regular fast bowler Makhaya Ntini are wicket-keeper Thami Tsolikele, who is expected to replace Mark Boucher, and spinners Justin Ontong and Robin Peterson.
