PepsiCo to sign deal with ICC

There's a bit of a repreive for the International Cricket Council which had been struggling to find sponsors. PepsiCo India is all set to renew it's collaboration with the ICC.

According to industry sources, PepsiCo will be signing on the dotted line as one of the ICC's four global sponsors. The 8-year deal is said to be worth between $50-70 million and will make Pepsi the exclusive beverage sponsor for all ICC events. Interestingly, arch rivals Coca Cola was all set to bid for the exclusive rights, in case Pepsi back out.
