Pakistan beat England by an innings and 100 runs in the final Test match in Lahore - winning the series 2-0.

Lahore: Pakistan beat England by an innings and 100 runs in the final Test match in Lahore a€" winning the series 2-0. Pakistan won the first Test in Multan and drew the second in Faisalabad. It is Pakistan's first home series win in two years. For England it is the first series defeat after six wins in a row. Inzamam shines Inzamam-ul Haq was named the man-of-the-series for scoring centuries in each innings in Faisalabad and a well-made 97 in Lahore on Friday. Shoaib Akhtar and leg spinner Danish Kaneria shared nine wickets between themselves as they crushed England. Shoaib finished with figures of 5 for 71 while Kaneria took four wickets, including three wickets in five balls after lunch. The visitors were all out for 248 runs as the last 8 wickets fell for just 43 runs. Ian Bell, who made 92, was the top scorer for the Ashes winners.
