IPL franchise Royal Challengers owner Vijay Mallya said he would speak to Rahul Dravid soon before deciding on whether to retain him as the captain.

Indian Premier League franchise Bangalore Royal Challengers owner Vijay Mallya on Monday said he would speak to Rahul Dravid soon before deciding on whether to retain him as the captain of the team.

"I will discuss with Dravid soon. I did not get an opportunity to talk to him as he was playing with Indian team," Mallya said here.

Asked about the fate of his team's Pakistani player Misbah-ul Haq, Mallya said it would similar to other players from that country.
