Ahmedabad: After spending a decade creating records in international cricket, Indian batting maestro Sachin Tendulkar today said that he was in no mood to retire and still has a long cricketing career ahead of him. "I have a long way to go (before retiring)", Tendulkar said while replying to queries from winners of a contest organised by a private company here. The statement from the batting legend comes after he made a memorable comeback during the ongoing India-Sri Lanka one-day series after a six-month long lay-off due to a career threatening tennis elbow injury. When asked if he would coach budding cricketers after his retirement, Sachin said, "As a senior player I keep on sharing cricketing thoughts with youngsters and try to sort out their problems". "In turn I also learn from them", he said adding, "The basic idea is that you always remain a student of the game and there is something or the other that you learn. The moment you think you are the master of the game then the learning (process) stops". Talking about Indian team's performance in the seven-match one-day series against Lankans, which the hosts have clinched by winning the first four matches, Sachin said, "We have done well in the last few matches and I hope that we will continue to do that and come up with good performance".
