4.4 OUT! GONE! Hardik Pandya strikes! A needless shot from Pandey. He comes down the track and tries to go over covers to this length ball. He does not get the desired connection and it goes off the toe end towards Rohit Sharma at short covers. He takes an easy catch and Hyderabad have lost three in the Powerplay. Not many teams win the game after losing three within the first six overs. 44/3

5.3 OUT! RUN OUT! The last thing that Hyderabad would have wanted at this stage! But this was brilliant by Suryakumar Yadav. This is on a length around middle, it is the slower one. Williamson works it towards short mid-wicket. He calls for a run and Shakib responds. However, looking at the fielder get to the ball quickly, Williamson asks Shakib Al Hasan to go back. Shakib is stranded halfway down the track. He turns in an attempt to get back but all he can do is hope the fielder misses. Suryakumar does not as he scores a bull's eye at the bowler's end to have Hyderabad four down before the Powerplay is over. The Orange Army is in dire straits now. 18.4 OUT! Mustafizur has the last laugh! Pathan though will feel he is unlucky here. This is short and on middle, Pathan rocks back and crunches it off the middle towards deep mid-wicket. 11.1 OUT! TIMBER! The googly does the trick. He has been completely foxed there. So a good comeback by Markande after going for runs in his first over. Mayank tosses this one up on off, it is beautifully flighted. Nabi tries to go big but is done in by the turn into him. It beats the inside edge and hits the stumps. Nabi waits as he feels the keeper has knocked the bails off but he is given his marching orders. Another one bites the dust and Hyderabad are staring down the barrel. 85/6

13.3 OUT! Khan once again falls prey to Jasprit Bumrah this season. It is on a length around off, it shapes away a touch. Khan tries to guide it down to third man but the ball takes the outside edge and goes towards Kishan who takes a catch diving to his right this time. Another fine catch by the youngster. 100/7

15.1 OUT! Excellent bowling change by Rohit Sharma as Markande strikes on the first ball. A poor shot by Thampi but what else can you expect from a tailender. Markande bowls it flatter on off, Thampi goes back and tries to cut but the ball is too close to play that shot. He misses and sees the ball hit his off pole. Markande gets his second and he is now the leading wicket-taker of the tournament. The end is nigh for Hyderabad. 106/8

16.5 OUT! Kaul is way short! He finally puts bat to ball as he guides it towards Hardik at point. He wants a run as the fielder fumbles. Pathan, too, responds but then refuses. Kaul tries to turn and get back. Pandya recovers, picks the ball up and throws it to the keeper who whips the bails off and appeals. The umpire goes upstairs but the batsman seems to be well short and replays confirm that. 109/9

14.5 OUT! Another one bites the dust! Straight down the throat of Rashid Khan. Suryakumar Yadav, the set batsman departs. Kane Williamson is the happy man. What a turnaround from his boys. This game is right at the edge of the knife. Back of a length delivery, angling in on the hips, Yadav walks across and tries to drop kick it. He does so but finds Rashid Khan to perfection at deep square leg who didn't even move an inch. 42 needed from 31 balls. 77/6

Tossed up delivery outside off, turning away a bit, Ishan dances down the track in a bid to clear the infield but all he does is he manages to slice it up in the air towards long off. Deepak Hooda, the substitute fielder takes an easy catch. So far so good for Hyderabad. Can they pick one more inside the first six overs? 17/2

5.2 OUT! Edged and taken! Rohit Sharma is gone! That's a big wicket and Hyderabad are on a roll here. Shakib is all smiles. Impressive bowling change from Williamson, this. A tossed up ball, served outside off, Rohit's eyes light up as he looks to go inside out over extra covers. But the ball turns away, takes the outside edge and flies quickly to Dhawan at first slip who takes a good reflex catch. A few concerned faces in the stands as the hosts lose their third wicket. 21/3

11.5 OUT! LBW! The on-field call has to be overturned! Rashid Khan breaks the stand. It was the leg break, pitches around middle and Krunal goes back to play for the turn. This one, however, skids off and pings him on the back pad. A huge appeal follows but the umpire turns it down. Rashid is really confident as he convinces his skipper to take the review.
