India's opening match against Scotland in the Twenty20 World Cup at Durban was abandoned due to rain. The teams share the points 1-1.

India's opening match against Scotland in the Twenty20 World Cup at Durban was abandoned due to rain. The teams share the points 1-1.

India need a net run rate of more than -2.50 against Pakistan to go through to the next round.

Earlier, Scotland captain Ryan Watson had won the toss and put India in to bat but heavy rains played spoilsport and the match was called off without a ball being bowled.
