Gilchrist not yet cleared for IPL, says CA

Melbourne: The BCCI-promoted IPL may be confident of getting retiring Adam Gilchrist for the high-profile T20 competition but Cricket Australia has denied it had cleared the wicketkeeper to play in this year's tournament.

While there's no suggestion CA will stop Gilchrist playing in the contest, he has not been given permission.
