Ganguly to be fit for third Test: Doctor

The Indian team will have injured skipper Ganguly back in action very soon.

The Indian team will have injured skipper Ganguly back in action very soon. A specialist doctor who examined Ganguly today, said that the injury suffered by him was not serious, and hopefully he should be fit for the third Test. Dr Kalyan Mukherjee, a leading orthopaedic, said that the treatment would start after Ganguly undergoes an MRI scan, blood tests and X-ray. "If my initial understanding of Ganguly's injury matches the test reports, then he should take only a few days to recover fully to rejoin the team in Pakistan for the third Test. The third and final Test begins at Rawalpindi on April 13. (PTI)
