Peshawar: PCB chairman Shaharyar Khan today said the ongoing Indo-Pak series has proved that cricket diplomacy could help in bridging the gap between the two countries. "Cricket diplomacy will help rebuild relations," the PCB chief said. Fool-proof security Khan said the smooth conduct of cricket matches in trouble-prone cities of Karachi and Peshawar would allay the security apprehensions of visiting teams. "The crowd response has been beyond our expectations. They have appreciated good cricket and applauded the Indians." Khan said. He expressed confidence that the match in Peshawar would also go off smoothly. (PTI)
