Bangalore: Senior cricketers, including captain Sourav Ganguly, Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid as also a few promising youngsters are getting ready for a week-long fitness camp, starting on Sunday, to tune up for a busy international season ahead. After a rewarding last season, which saw India register historic triumph over Pakistan, the players would now be seeking to regain top fitness following the well-deserved break. It is now back to fitness training -- beep test, cardio-vascular, core stability, speed endurance tests and more. And it is going to be a real sweating out for them -- as physical trainer Gregory Allen King, in charge of the camp, would vouchsafe. Asia cup Ganguly and wicket-keeper Parthiv Patel have already arrived for the camp in the lead up to Asia Cup in Sri Lanka next month and other engagements including ICC Champions Trophy and home series against Australia and South Africa. Ganguly and Parthiv, after a brief rest, joined the pace bowlers, who have already underwent a week-long training, for a practice session. Yoga sessions And, as they did at the last August camp here, the players would start off their day with hour-long Yoga sessions, followed by exercises and tests, aiming to achieve total fitness ahead of a grueling season. The players attending the camp would return to their respective destinations on June 19 and return on July 3 for another week of training. Those attending the camp are: Sourav Ganguly, Virender Sehwag, Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, V V S Laxman, Yuvraj Singh, Mohammed Kaif, Parthiv Patel, Anil Kumble, Harbhajan Singh, Murali Kartik, Ramesh Powar, Akash Chopra, Hemang Badani, Sairaj Bahutule, Zaheer Khan, Ashish Nehra, Ajit Agarkar, Irfan Pathan, Lakshmipathy Balaji, Amit Bandari, Rohan Gavaskar and Gautam Gambhir.
