Brett Lee seems unlikely to earn back his Test spot in the Australian team anytime soon. The fast bowler has now been asked to join the Australia A team that will play a few limited over games against West Indies and Pakistan next month ahead of the VB series. Lee had earlier said that he was bitterly disappointed at being left out for the Perth Test against Pakistan. He hasn't played a Test since the Sydney game against 11 months ago.
