Bangalore: Day Two of the conditioning camp for the probables for the tour of Sri Lanka aÂ" and it was the turn of Virender Sehwag to speak of his targets at the camp, the new coach and the absence of Sachin Tendulkar. Perhaps one of the biggest areas of conditioning required for the Indian players who have gathered in Bangalore is getting the measure of new coach Greg Chappell. Focus on fitness "It is very difficult to say what we are expecting from Chappell. I think we are expecting good planning, good strategies, and fair behaviour to everybody, like no senior, no junior, that is the important thing," said Sehwag. But the ongoing camp is the second in a series of three being held at the National Cricket Academy aÂ" and the initial focus is on fitness and getting into shape. "Right now I am working on my fitness because I have put on some weight so I am trying to lose some weight in this camp and then our practice will start for the cricket team, then I will think of my negative and positive points. We will look at our videos, what we have done in the past," he said. Getting prepared Not just a new coach aÂ" the team will also have to get used to the thought of the new ICC rules and the absence of Sachin Tendulkar. "Sachin is a senior player and if he is not playing it will affect the Indian team. But we have a good side and we have youngsters also and it is a great challenge for us to play without Sachin. If we are playing with the new rules it will be very exciting, especially for the batsmen with the extra five restricted overs. It will be tough for the bowlers though. There will be more planning involved for the captain," added Sehwag. Whether it's a question of getting used to the new coach, getting mentally prepared for the new ICC rules or a question of physically losing weight aÂ" this series of camps is all about getting Team India into the best possible shape.
