Tries to clear the long on fence but fails to get the elevation and hits it flat and straight down the throat of the substitute fielder Sean Abbott who does the rest. Bangs it into the wicket, around middle, Aiden Markram backs away and opens the bat face to use the pace of the delivery but there isn't any pace on offer. Josh Hazlewood bends his back and goes into the wicket with a slower delivery, on middle, Heinrich Klaasen goes for the pull but swings early. Gets undone by the lack of pace nor does he manage to ride on top of the bounce. Gets an outside edge that is gobbled safely by Josh Inglis who times his jump correctly. Jansen gets his radar correct this time as he bowls it on a hard length around the top of off, angling it across. Marsh stands tall and looks to slog it across the line. Marsh loses his shape and ends up getting a leading edge high around mid off. The Proteas skipper Temba Bavuma settles himself underneath the ball and pouches it safely. 27/1

7 OUT! CAUGHT! Straight to the man and that is a very soft dismissal for David Warner. Lungi Ngidi bowls it a bit short and a bit wide, there to be put away. Warner stands tall and looks to slap it away square on the off side but gets no timing on it whatsoever. The ball goes uppishly and straight into the bread basket of Rassie van der Dussen at cover-point. The catch is held and it will be a wicket-maiden for Ngidi in his 50th ODI. Gives the ball air and bowls it on middle and leg, Marnus Labuschagne puts the dancing shoes on and gives himself room to go inside out. He fails to get the elevation and hits it flat and straight to extra cover where Temba Bavuma gobbles it with both hands in front of his face. Australia have now lost their last recognized pair and South Africa are closing in on another big win now. 143/8

11.1 OUT! BOWLED'EM! Peach of a delivery by Kagiso Rabada and Australia are in all sorts of trouble! Bowls it on the off stump line, on a good length, Josh Inglis gets his bat out in front and tries to defend with a straight bat. The ball angles in initially but straightens after pitching to beat Inglis on the outside edge. Pegs back the off stump and beats him all ends up. Tosses it up, on the leg stump, Glenn Maxwell gets on the front foot and tries to clip it away on the leg side. He does not manage to smother the turn and pays the price. The ball dips on him and spins away enough to get a leading edge. The ball lobs straight back to Keshav Maharaj who completes the catch low to his left. 17.2 OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! A good decision to review by South Africa but it's a debatable decision by the third umpire! Kagiso Rabada is having a great night here as he has his third now. This is bowled into the wicket, around leg, Marcus Stoinis gets cramped for room and tries to get inside the line to get a late flick. There is a sound as the ball goes past the bat and the keeper dives full length to complete the catch. They appeal but the umpire turns down the appeal. South Africa go for the review, not with conviction. The UltraEdge shows a spike as the ball makes contact with the handle of the bat. The bottom hand though is off the handle and is not touching the top hand but the third umpire thinks differently. The decision is overturned. Stoinis is in complete disbelief. He stays in the middle for a while, confirming and reconfirming with the on-field umpires. The replays get rolled again, this time though to only check if the catch was cleanly taken by de Kock. It's done clinically and Marcus departs shaking his head. Definitely a contentious decision. Australia are down and nearing yet another big loss. Stoinis, in the dressing room, is still having a look at the footage. The more we get to see the replays, it becomes clear that the bottom hand was very much away from the top hand. 70/6

Cummins has not much to lose here and decides to thump it down the ground but doesn't quite get to the pitch of the ball.
