Akhtar asks PCB to withhold fine

Akhtar has requested PCB to withhold the fine of Rs. Seven million till the decision of the Lahore High Court orders.

Karachi:

Fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has submitted a written reply to PCB's notice earlier today.

Akhtar has requested PCB to withhold the fine of Rs. Seven million till the decision of the Lahore High Court (LHC) orders.

Shoaib also requested the Board to consider him for the selection for ICC Champions Trophy squad and his selection issue should not be related to any other issue.

He also assured the PCB that he would submit the fine after the decision of the LCH.
