The World Military Games are underway in Hyderabad and the Indian boxers have done the country proud.

India's Narjit Singh punched out Korea's Jang Kwan and stormed into the boxing finals of the fourth edition of the World military games.

"Whenever I punched the crowd was happy. When I didn't there was a silence that made me think that the crowd is angry with me so I punched more. My aim is to win the Gold and the best boxer," said P Narjit Singh, Indian Boxer (54 kgs).

Another boxer H K Beliwal won the bronze. He says the mistakes he made have taught him how to go for the Gold at the Olympics.

"The best way is to defend more and attack less which I didn't today. But I have learnt many things after coming so far," said H K Beliwal, Indian Boxer (51 kgs).

While Indian boxers have done well at the prestigious event, the athletes and swimmers have not quite lived up to expectations.
