Making a return to the Indian squad after almost two years, Irfan Pathan was seen practicing in the MA Chidambaram Stadium before the last ODI against West Indies in Chennai.
Irfan has made a huge impact in this Ranji season by grabbing 21 wickets in 4 matches with three 5-wicket hauls to his credit.
Other members of the team were also seen sweating it out. Suresh Raina stoops to conquer a few more runs in Sunday's match before India's all important tour Down Under.
Raina, though has not yet found his rhythm in the ongoing series (despite a 55 at Indore). He has made just 62 runs in the four matches so far.
Rahul Sharma, the rookie leg-spinner who picked up three wickets at the Indore game of tall scores earlier this week, must be looking forward to plying his trade on the spinner friendly Chepauk pitch.
Statistics show that Indian dominance over the Caribbean team has been on the rise during the last decade and weather-permitting, it is expected to continue even in Sunday's match.
