Croatia's Marin Cilic, awarded the Queen's Club title after David Nalbandian's disqualification, has climbed seven places to move into the top 20 in the latest ATP world rankings released on Monday.
Nalbandian's hopes of winning the final were ended prematurely when he was defaulted for kicking an advertising hoarding and injurying a line judge.
The Argentine won Sunday's first set 7-6 (7/3) but had just lost his serve to fall 4-3 down in the second when he reacted with a frustrated kick at the board.
The other big mover in the rankings was German Tommy Haas, up 38 places to 49th on the back of his defeat of Roger Federer in Halle.
