Rawalpindi: After their sensational five-run victory against arch-rivals Pakistan, Indian vice-captain Rahul Dravid and left arm spinner Murali Kartik found their own way of unwinding -- by visiting the Buddhist monastery in Taxila. The two players ventured out of their hotel rooms to the Buddhist pilgrimage centre, located about 40 kms from Islamabad, in the afternoon while most of their teammates preferred to confine themselves to the comfort of the hotel. Dravid and Kartik took the necessary permission from the team management before going out on the sight-seeing trip. Security arrangements were made for the two cricketers as they drove down to Taxila in the afternoon. (PTI)
