To accommodate the home advantage factor for at least one of the qualifiers, the organisers of the Bridgestone World Series Hockey have rearranged the venues of the two semi-finals, to be held on Sunday.
As per the new schedule, Karnataka Lions - who finished fourth in the league phase - would clash with round robin phase toppers Sher-e-Punjab at the KSHA Hockey Stadium in Bangalore at 7 pm, in the first semi final.
In the second semi-final, scheduled at the MHA-Mahindra Stadium here, No 2 team Chandigarh Comets would take on third-placed Pune Strykers from 9 pm.
The final between the winners of the two semi finals would be held here on April 2 at 9 pm, a media release said.
