In Pittsburgh, Sidney Crosby had two goals in Pittsburgh's third straight win, and the Penguins downed Dallas.
Marc-Andre Fleury made 22 saves for the Penguins, who have scored 14 goals in their past three games and have at least a point in five of their past six games after a 1-6 stretch.
The Stars have lost successive games after winning six straight.

In St. Paul, Minnesota, Marian Gaborik's wrist shot with 2:39 to play in overtime lifted Minnesota over St. Louis.
Gaborik corralled the puck about 5 feet inside the Minnesota zone, wheeled, skated in on Manny Legace and beat him on the stick side.
The Wild have won three in a row for the first time since starting the season with five straight victories.

In San Jose, California, Joe Thornton had two goals and an assist and San Jose snapped a three-game winless streak by beating Colorado.

In Edmonton, Alberta, Shawn Horcoff had a goal and two assists to help Edmonton beat Anaheim and win for the third time in four games.
