Margao:Chirag United are excepted a tough time as Dempo will be going all out to garner full points when they meet each other on Sunday in an ONGC I-League match at Nehru Stadium here.
Both the teams have eight points but Dempo, who has superior goal difference, are placed ninth in the table. Chirag are in 10th position.
"We need to convert chances. Had we converted chances in our earlier matches we would have been in different situation today. Our boys knows the situation. We have to ensure that we start well and play to our potential if we have to get back to our winning ways," Dempo coach Armando Colaco said.
Armando will miss striker Mboyo Iyomi due to injury. He would hope Ranty Martins struck his form tomorrow to put the team on the track.
Chirag United coach Subrata Bhattacharya's first aim is to save his team from relegation.
"Looking at the present situation we cannot afford to lose. We have to blame ourselves for wasting a handful of chances against JCT and Churchill in our earlier matches which has placed us down below," he said.
