Budapest, Hungary:

Ujpest FC has been penalised three points by the Hungarian soccer federation after its fans made racist taunts during a league match earlier this month.

The fans jeered Debrecen striker Ibrahima Sidibe, who is black, during the May 4 first-division game. Ujpest won the game 2-0.
