The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the Centre on a PIL challenging Sachin Tendulkar's Rajya Sabha nomination, although it has refused to stop the cricketer from taking oath as a Rajya Sabha member.

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday directed the Delhi University (DU) to allow an Indian Premier League (IPL) cricketer, falling short of requisite attendance, to appear in his BA first year examinations.
