Hyderabad: The Andhra Pradesh Police on Thursday said they don't have any problem to provide security cover to the Indian Premier League matches in Hyderabad from April 26 onwards."After careful study of the schedule for the General Elections 2009 and the attendant aspects, it is assessed that the police department will be in a position to spare force for security for the IPL matches in the state from April 26 onwards with May 14, 15, 16 and 17 as black out dates," AK Khan, Additional DGP (law and order) said.
Khan has also sent a letter stating the matter to the Principal Secretary of the Home Department.
"Security cannot be provided for four days from May 14 as the police will be busy on bandobust duties for counting of votes on May 16," Khan told reporters.
Hyderabad is the only city in Andhra Pradesh where the IPL matches are scheduled.

With 21 wickets in his first 12 matches at an economy rate of well under six, Sunil Narine has been Kolkata's main-man with the ball.
