NSW's Warner signs IPL deal with Delhi
Young NSW opener David Warner has signed a two-year deal to join Indian Premier League side Delhi Daredevils.

Warner, who is yet to play a match in the domestic Sheffield Shield, joins other NSW players like pacer Brett Lee (Kings XI Punjab), all-rounder Moises Henriques (Kolkata Knight Riders) and Nathan Bracken (Bangalore Royal Challengers) in the cash-rich twenty20 league next season.
The 22-year-old, who hit a NSW one-day record score of 165 not out against Tasmania in a Ford Ranger Cup game last month, will play for the Daredevils alongside Australia pace legend Glenn McGrath, Indian opener Virender Sehwag and South African batsman AB de Villiers.
Warner has played eight one-day games for NSW at an average of 64.16 and seven Twenty20 games at 21.33, the 'Australian Associated Press' reported.
Daredevils confirmed the signing today in a statement issued in Delhi.
"I have watched David Warner in action at both the Emerging Players tournament and Ford Ranger Cup and I have no doubt in my mind that he has great talent and is an exciting player," Vice President, Cricket for Delhi Daredevils, T A Sekar said.
Warner said he was looking forward to his stint with the side.
"It's exciting. Just to be given the opportunity to go over there with the world's best players is going to be amazing," said Warner.

Warner, who plays for New South Wales represented Australia in the 2006 Under-19 World Cup in Sri Lanka. Earlier in the year Warner emerged as the highest scorer with 371 runs in seven matches with one century and two fifties in the Emerging Players Tournament in Australia.
Three weeks ago, Warner scored a record-breaking 165 for New South Wales against Tasmania in a domestic one-day match at Sydney's Hurstville Oval. It broke a 26-year-old record of NSW's best of 164 by Rick McCosker in 1981-82.
In another Ford Ranger Cup match, Warner hit a 54-ball 97 and narrowly missed the record fastest century in the competition.
Warner has so far played eight one-day matches for NSW and scored 385 runs at an average of 64.16. He has one century and two fifties and a strike rate of 117.
He has also played seven Twenty20 games and scored 128 runs at 21.33 per innings with a strike rate of 130.
